About Corina
Corina Vianueva has been a dedicated presence in her local wellness community for years, offering a transformative and empowering practice that integrates movement, breath, and deep inner work. With a foundation in yoga, she has guided students of all ages and backgrounds toward greater strength, resilience, and self-awareness. Her journey in Qigong began with a Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong certification, deepening her connection to women's health and energetic healing. She has since specialized in 5 Elements Qigong, a practice that cultivates strength stamina, holistic well-being, and energetic balance.
Teaching both online and in-person at local gyms and studios, Corina brings mindfulness and intention to every session, allowing space for personal exploration and growth. Centered in student health and longevity, her approach bridges ancient traditions with modern needs, creating a practice that is both grounding and expansive. Whether challenging or restorative, her classes inspire transformation, encouraging students to develop inner power, vitality, and lasting wellness.
