Sound can re-pattern & balance your body, mind, & soul. 🙏
Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, and drums are used during the Sound Bath. Martina will also be offering distant Reiki healing work (and hands-on Reiki for those who choose to receive). This experience with put you in a state of deep relaxation, allowing the body to pick up the vibrations needed to help shift blocked energy and restore the body's natural frequencies.
Martina will take you to dreamy places, helping you feel peaceful, relaxed, and ready to approach things with a fresh perspective. 😌
