An a immersive and total interactive way to ground yourself and release built-up "stuff". We all have "stuff" and this is a fun way of empowering you to replace that "stuff" with your strengths! You don't have to be a musician or have any rhythm.

​

Children, families, and adults greatly benefit from this form of healing; for what they have trouble speaking out, releasing within from that sacred space they lock away those feelings and emotions. We clear those blockage together; safely, peacefully, and bountifully. 

 

Using a combination of drums, music, meditation, movement, and chanting, each participant will be able to release safely and positively — anger, built-up emotions, and deep-rooted feelings, while balancing the brain and opening that connection to the heart. More importantly, participants will open and clear the energy that blocks that continuous flow from happening.

Each person participates with John in a small group setting. Enjoying the benefits of release and empowerment; finally embracing your individuality and embracing your own gifts while growing from there. It’s about knowing, embracing, and loving who you are, the entire self.

​

Music is the key that unlocks those doors; John has over forty years experience in music and twenty years as a life coach, plus ten years in special education. 

 

Believing in yourself is the key and, from that standpoint; all else falls into place! 

 

Space is limited to 20. Wonderful for all ages!

John has 10 drums, not including the one he plays. Please bring your own, if you choose.
